A Salon that provides professional braiding services designed to enhance your natural beauty while protecting the health of your hair. ————————————————————————————————— SALON POLICIES To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our policies before booking: APPOINTMENTS • All appointments must be booked in advance. • A $80 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Remaining balance is due at the time of service. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of 10% of service price. • No-call, no-shows will require full payment before booking again. LATE POLICY • A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $20 late fee. • After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, a $60 cancellation fee will also apply. HAIR PREPARATION • Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of heavy oils or products unless otherwise instructed. • Your hair must be at LEAST 4 inches long. • Your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled if your hair is NOT properly prepped. A $60 cancellation fee will also apply. GUESTS • No extra guests are allowed unless previously approved. PAYMENT • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. • No refunds on completed services. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit and a $60 cancellation fee.
Appointments that are not cancelled in advance and result in a no-show will be charged a 20% no-show fee.
